SUPREME x Lady GaGa by Terry Richardson

Famed photographer Terry Richardson is at it again. This time is has photographed the infamous Lady GaGa for Purple Fashion Magazine clad in nothing but a wet version of the iconic Supreme "box logo" tee. Its still up in the air as to wether or not this will pe part of Supreme's new advertising campaign but based on past experiences it wouldnt surprise me.

PS...how dope is it that she has a Supreme "box logo" Hermes Birkin Bag. Very Cool

The Sartorialist x Burberry : Art of the Trench

British fashion house Burberry has an interesting new concept for their Art of the Trench campaign. They are taking pictures of regular people in the streets of major cities including NY, London and Berlin, wearing different variatons of their iconic trench coat. The best part is that Burberry has used world famous street photographer Scott Schuman a.k.a. The Sartorialist to take all of the pictures. Check it out.

Hugh Kretschmer Photography

Hugh Kretschmer is a photographer based in Los Angeles and specializing in photo-illustration, advertising and editorial photography and design. Of his work, he says: ‘The idea is the most important ingredient. I’ve always appreciated concept because it adds another layer to the photograph and invites participation from the viewer. When I see something that is done well, where the artist really nails it, I find myself just staring. I can’t think of anything else that would be more of a compliment than that’. Kretschmer’s clients include Mastercard, Evian and the New York Times magazine. I came across his art earlier today and i thought it was really different but touched on a lot of current sentiments. Check it out.

Cannon PowerShot G11 Set To Release in October

I NEED one of these in the worst way. I have had a lot of bad experiences with losing cameras but I think I'm gonna need one of these so that people dont think I'm a creep when I ask to take a picture of them for this blog. I would really look official with this one. The G11 replaces the flagship, multi-award winning G10, which was what I was planning to get until I found out about this. The G10’s 14.7MP sensor has been replaced with a 10.0MP CCD sensor, and although this may sound like a downgrade, the camera boasts a greatly expanded dynamic range that increases image quality and improves noise performance by up to 2 stops (compared to PowerShot G10). Less is more. The PowerShot G11 is also equipped to deal with any light condition, whether dim or bright. A 2.8-inch flip-out LCD screen is also added, making it the ideal choice for any shot where an SLR is impractical or obtrusive. The G11 releases in October for $499
