Normally I HATE all of the hybrids that nike puts out. However this one gets the pass because it seems that nike did a really great job fusing a bigger shoe (Air trainer 1) with a sleeker running shoe (Air Max 1 Maxim). This version will feature the classic Chlorophyll Air Trainer 1 colorway, giving the shoe an added boost of OG flavor, despite the fact that this is technically a new model. Also of note, the Air Maxim Trainer 1 will feature a combination of suede, leather and Flywire on the upper, as well as an Athletics West tongue label. Look for these to hit select retailers some time this fall.
